REFUND

Refund are accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase. With this in mind, we have a 10-day Money Back Guarantee policy for anyone who is not completely satisfied with our services withn the first 10 days of purchase . To receive a full refund please contact our billing department . When contacting our billing department to refund, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Accounts cancelled/terminated by IntelVPS.ru do not qualify for the 10 day money back guarantee. This also includes accounts suspended for TOS violations, in which the customer decides not to fix the violation. Payment made for domain registration will not be refunded, domain name can be transferred to client.

To cancel an online order , you must contact our billing department within 24 hours. When contacting our billing department to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

After 10 days of the date of purchase all charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise, or otherwise provided by applicable law !
